Acquisition / Control

µ-LAB enables data from an unlimited number of analog and digital channels to be acquired, processed online, displayed and distributed again. The hardware supports data acquisition and output cards and PCM systems from a large range of well-known manufacturers as well as CAESAR‘s own MOPS and QUASAR front-end systems. By means of the online graphics an unlimited number of graphical objects can be displayed simultaneously: e.g. line graphs (scrolling or scope mode), xy diagrams, bar charts, numerical displays and switchable text indicators.

Analysis

µ-Graph is a flexible, graphical analysis program for all kinds of measured data. It combines multiple functions such as quick-look display, interactive processing, data management, presentation graphics, statistics, formula calculations and, optionally, digital filtering, frequency and bin analysis in a user interface which is particularly intuitive and easy to use. The analysis (e.g. printing or FFT) is carried out simply by dragging the marked data sets onto the corresponding button in a toolbar (Drag&Drop).

Management

Extreme ease of use is offered by Road Load MAGIC, a software driven package which controls all data collection procedures together with vehicle, component, road condition and handling information and can run automated analysis routines. This allows test sequences to be prepared for the test driver with profile name and the speed of the vehicle in the test run. All this information is composed to give a full testing program.
